Overview
Ēji Pip-mïn was founded durring the late 14th century in spring of the year 1297, by Courtney vyim Yuvnoyutsɪxt vyim Rolɑrtɑeplə˞rd vyim Yuvnotræ̝rg vyim Yuvnoyutsɪxt vyim Glə˞ʤine vyim Rovuldyutsɪxt vyim Fɪgsegraɑgki vyim Roxlendyutsɪxt vyim Yuvnonreys vyim Yuvnonreys vyim Fɪgseʤine vyim Glə˞tunk vyim Mɑnkʤine vyim Rolɑrtɑirdirn. The establishment of the new community went well, though many minor issues had to be solved as time went on. This was enough to delay construction and push back the formal opening ceramony, leading to some embarisment for Courtney vyim Yuvnoyutsɪxt vyim Rolɑrtɑeplə˞rd vyim Yuvnotræ̝rg vyim Yuvnoyutsɪxt vyim Glə˞ʤine vyim Rovuldyutsɪxt vyim Fɪgsegraɑgki vyim Roxlendyutsɪxt vyim Yuvnonreys vyim Yuvnonreys vyim Fɪgseʤine vyim Glə˞tunk vyim Mɑnkʤine vyim Rolɑrtɑirdirn.
Ēji Pip-mïn was built using the conventions of Gnollish durring the late 14th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Ēji Pip-mïn is no diffrent. The metropolis's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Ēji Pip-mïn is buildings are arranged within a network of broad cobblestone streets which form a rectangular grid, where each block verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller block has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The lakeside metropolis is defended by arcane means. It's hard to spot at first, but there's a tell tell shimmer in the air arround Ēji Pip-mïn, and you can spot the ocasional warding glyph carved into a rock or tree all arround town. These mystical defences are ancient, unknowable, and unassailable by current means... Assuming everything is in working order. Otherwise, the wards are little more than a deathtrap. Ēji Pip-mïn's Relic of the World That Was are in an unremarkable state. To some, this is the ideal sate for defences to be in. In need of absoutly nothing, and ready to serve the metropolis as needed.
Ēji Pip-mïn has the unmistakable air of a metropolis on its last legs. Everything is a bit slipshod and ramshackle. Everyone is at work, or drinking. No one has anything in their eyes other than fear and despair. Whatever industry once fueled Ēji Pip-mïn ’s existence has dried up and the metropolis is drifting down the stream of history as it dries up. On top of this is an unmistakable feeling that Ēji Pip-mïn is in this condition because there is something terribly wrong with the metropolis. Maybe it’s the way fog blankets the ground, but only in the connors of places. Maybe it’s the vermin scuttling between shadows in the corner of your eyes. Perhaps it’s the overcast sky which seemed to creep out of nowhere, or the distant howling of wolves. Maybe it’s all of those things together, or perhaps it's the way these elements combine which makes you worry someone might stab you in a dark ally for your boots. It’s not filthy, or dark, but the smiles seem strained, the locals seem to glare daggers in eachothers backs a little too much, and everyone is armed at all times. You may want to keep an eye on your valuables, and make sure you don’t wind up in any position of power. Regardless, you do not feel it would be wise to remain in Ēji Pip-mïn long.

Cultural Notes
Ēji Pip-mïn's bank was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is best known for its functional shapes, abstract shapes used sparingly for decor, simple color schemes, holistic design, and basic industrial materials. Its simple designs were created to be beautiful, functional, and mass-producible. The style used little to no embellishment or ornamentation, instead drawing attention to the streamlined design, such as flat roofs to create a simple, geometric look. The simplicity masks the style's nearly sinister functionality, as every last feature is designed to guide the people living in the building in how to make the most efficient use of the structure.
In Ēji Pip-mïn the utterance of expletives is impossible within city limits. This has changed as the limits have changed, but has not kept up with slang, or swearing in foreign languages.
Ēji Pip-mïn's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in autumn and involves ritual combat to channel Conjuration energies of tier 3 via throat chanting.

The community itself may or may not be under their direct control, but the wishes of the august figure must be acknowledged by the locals.
